K Sera Sera Q2 net up at Rs 168 million
MUMBAI: K Sera Sera has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 168.01 million for the quarter ended 30 September, up from Rs 76.19 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
During the period, the company’s income has increased to Rs 449.64 million, from Rs 342.09 million in the corresponding quarter.
Expenditure has increased to Rs 268.72 million as against Rs 251.62 million.
On a standalone basis, K Sera Sera has a loss of Rs 25.58 million, as against a net profit of Rs 81.92 million in the year ago period.
Income has fallen to Rs 1.60 million as compared to Rs 341.6 million year-on-year.
The company says that out of the ten projects in hand, two of the movies Chal Chala Chal and Ek- The Power of One will be released in December and January 2009.

The list, available exclusively on the IMDb app for Android and iOS, tracks trending Indian entertainers and filmmakers each week, drawing on data from more than 200m monthly visits to the platform worldwide.
Further down the rankings, Raaka is keeping two of its biggest names in the spotlight. Deepika Padukone holds 11th position, with Allu Arjun close behind at 13th, as the film continues to find traction with audiences.
