Double Dhamaal off to a good start, nets Rs 235 mn in opening weekend
MUMBAI: Double Dhamaal has done well over its first weekend by collecting Rs 235 million.
Bheja Fry 2 did okay at multiplexes and Bin Bulaye Baraati sustained at smaller centres, not having found favour with city and multiplex audience, while Bhindi Bazaar, Cycle Kick and Always Kabhi Kabhi fared poorly.
Shaitan has collected Rs 15 million in its second week, taking its two-week tally to Rs 66 million.
Ready has collected Rs 1.14 billion in three weeks. After collecting Rs 697 million and Rs 311 million in the first two weeks, the movie netted Rs 136 million in the third week.

Naila Grrewal slots in at seven on the back of the returning comedy series Maamla Legal Hai, while Rashmika Mandanna climbs to eighth, riding mounting anticipation for Cocktail 2.
The list, available exclusively on the IMDb app for Android and iOS, tracks trending Indian entertainers and filmmakers each week, drawing on data from more than 200m monthly visits to the platform worldwide.
Further down the rankings, Raaka is keeping two of its biggest names in the spotlight. Deepika Padukone holds 11th position, with Allu Arjun close behind at 13th, as the film continues to find traction with audiences.
