Cinemax launches multiplex in Faridabad
MUMBAI: Cinemax India has launched a three-screen multiplex in Faridabad, Haryana. The multiplex, which has a capacity of 730 seats, will open to the audiences with the screening of Singh is Kinng. Cinemax‘s distribution arm has acquired the sole distributorship for Singh is Kinng in Haryana.
With this addition, Cinemax India now has a total of 21 theatre properties, 62 screens, and 16778 seats.
Cinemax India senior vice president Devang Sampat said, “With Cinemax Faridabad, we are aiming to make an entry into the North of the country, which is a very important market for us. We are here to provide the movie enthusiasts of Faridabad, a state-of-the-art entertainment complex as entertainment and comfort are the hallmarks of Cinemax and will be for years to come.”

Naila Grrewal slots in at seven on the back of the returning comedy series Maamla Legal Hai, while Rashmika Mandanna climbs to eighth, riding mounting anticipation for Cocktail 2.
The list, available exclusively on the IMDb app for Android and iOS, tracks trending Indian entertainers and filmmakers each week, drawing on data from more than 200m monthly visits to the platform worldwide.
Further down the rankings, Raaka is keeping two of its biggest names in the spotlight. Deepika Padukone holds 11th position, with Allu Arjun close behind at 13th, as the film continues to find traction with audiences.
