404 will now have a Cantonese and English version
MUMBAI: Director Prawal Raman’s psychological thriller 404 will now have a Cantonese and an English version.
The film will be directed by Raman with actors of his choice, all selected from Hong Kong.
Singapore-based company Tantra Films International has decided to purchase the remake rights of the thriller.
Speaking on the honour, Raman has been quoted as saying, “It’s like a dream. I made a film I believed in. I wrote so many drafts of 404 that I have lost count of. Now the script has been liked so much that it will be shot in Cantonese and English.”
The Singaporean outfit has asked Raman to direct the film. ““They insisted that I direct it because they felt that no one else could interpret my script better than me.”
