Xtreme Media appoints Anand Lakshmanan as chief business officer
Lakshmanan brings enterprise sales and business-building experience to the role
Mumbai: Xtreme Media is giving its growth engine a new gear, appointing Anand Lakshmanan as chief business officer as the company looks to scale its commercial operations and strengthen its market position in India.
Lakshmanan will lead Xtreme Media’s commercial organisation, with responsibility spanning sales, business development, partnerships, customer success, marketing and business operations. He will also work closely with the leadership team on strategic priorities and building a more scalable growth model.
The appointment comes with Lakshmanan bringing more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology, sales and business leadership. His career has included senior roles at Logitech, NTT, Jabra GN, Servion, Canon and KnoahSoft, with experience across P&L management, enterprise customer engagement and channel strategy.
At Logitech, he spent more than five years in leadership roles, most recently serving as head of B2B for India from January 2024 to March 2026. Before that, he served as acting head of India, head of B2B for India and South West Asia, and head of video collaboration for the same markets.
His stint at NTT lasted more than six years, during which he held a series of sales leadership roles covering enterprise, IT and IT-enabled services, commercial and mid-market clients, as well as manufacturing. Earlier, he served as vice president of sales and business development for India and the Middle East Asia at KnoahSoft.
Lakshmanan has also been building his own advisory venture. In April 2026, he founded Inflection Business Advisory, which works with small and medium-sized businesses on strategy, sales and business growth.
At Xtreme Media, the new role puts that experience to work across a broader mandate.
“I am excited to join Xtreme Media at a pivotal time in its growth journey. My focus will be on building scalable sales and marketing strategies that strengthen customer partnerships and accelerate market leadership in India,” Lakshmanan said.
The company sees his experience in building and scaling businesses as particularly relevant to its next phase.
“We are delighted to welcome Anand to the leadership team. His deep industry expertise and track record of building businesses from the ground up will be instrumental in driving Xtreme Media’s next phase of growth in India,” Xtreme Media and LEDX Technology managing director Sanket Rambhia said.
Lakshmanan holds a postgraduate diploma in business administration in marketing and systems from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, which he completed between 1996 and 1999.
With sales, partnerships, marketing and customer operations now under one commercial umbrella, his appointment signals Xtreme Media’s intent to turn its next phase of expansion into a more structured growth story.
