TVS Motor names Madhu Manral Srivastava as president, group head of HR

TVS Motor Company has appointed Madhu Manral Srivastava as president and group head – human resources, with immediate effect, strengthening its leadership bench as the automaker sharpens focus on organisational capability and talent strategy.

Based in Bengaluru, Srivastava joins TVS Motor with wide-ranging cross-industry experience spanning natural resources, oil and gas, financial services, telecom and manufacturing. Most recently, she served as global chro at Vedanta Resources, overseeing human capital strategy for a workforce of over 100,000 employees worldwide.

Her earlier leadership roles include stints at Cairn Oil & Gas, Citibank, Genpact, Reliance Infocom, GE Capital International Services and Godrej, giving her deep exposure to large-scale transformation and people operations across complex businesses.

At TVS Motor, Srivastava will build on the company’s established values while driving its people and organisation agenda in an increasingly competitive and dynamic market environment.

The company also acknowledged the contribution of R Anandakrishnan, who is stepping down after 38 years of service, during which he played a central role in shaping TVS Motor’s HR systems, culture and people-first foundations.
