BENGALURU: Knowledge may be power, but making it usable at scale is where the real business challenge begins. Betting on that opportunity, Trupeer AI has appointed Raghu Subramanian as president and chief business officer.

The appointment brings one of the enterprise technology sector’s most experienced operators into the fast-growing AI startup’s leadership team as companies worldwide accelerate investments in artificial intelligence and automation.

Announcing the move, Subramanian said he was drawn to Trupeer AI’s mission of making organisational knowledge more accessible and actionable across enterprises.

In a LinkedIn post, he noted that enterprise transformation is often limited not by technology itself, but by an organisation’s ability to make knowledge accessible, usable and scalable. He added that the challenge is becoming increasingly important as AI becomes embedded in core business workflows.

According to Subramanian, Trupeer AI is focused on solving this problem by enabling organisations to make knowledge available to both employees and AI agents in a consistent and scalable manner.

The company operates in a rapidly emerging category where businesses are seeking ways to structure, manage and operationalise institutional knowledge so that AI systems can effectively interact with enterprise data and workflows.

Subramanian joins the company after a distinguished career spanning enterprise software, digital transformation and venture investing. He is widely known for his leadership role at UiPath, where he served as chairman, president and chief executive officer, helping drive the automation giant’s expansion across international markets.

He currently serves as executive chairman of Actyv.ai and remains active as an investor and board member across multiple technology ventures, including Simple Energy. He is also associated with media venture Palampur Talkies as director and investor.

At Trupeer AI, Subramanian is expected to lead business strategy, enterprise growth, partnerships and market expansion as the company seeks to capitalise on rising demand for AI-powered workplace solutions.

The executive also expressed enthusiasm about working alongside co-founders Shivali Goyal and Pritish Gupta as the company enters its next phase of growth.

The appointment comes at a time when enterprises are moving beyond AI experimentation and focusing on real-world implementation. As organisations look to turn AI investments into measurable business outcomes, companies that can bridge the gap between knowledge management and intelligent automation are attracting growing attention.

For Trupeer AI, bringing in a leader with deep experience in enterprise transformation could prove a timely move. After all, in the AI era, success may depend not just on having information, but on knowing how to put it to work.
