Trent Q2 revenue rises 23 per cent to Rs 5,788 crore as Zudio crosses 1,000 stores
Retailer adds 27 stores in Q2 as its Westside, Zudio and lifestyle portfolio expands
MUMBAI: Trent is turning up the retail heat, with its standalone revenue from operations rising 23 per cent year on year to Rs 5,788 crore in the second quarter of FY27, as store expansion continued to drive growth across its portfolio.
The retailer reported revenue of Rs 4,724 crore in Q2FY26. Revenue from the sale of merchandise, excluding other operating income, also grew 23 per cent during the quarter.
For the first half of FY27, Trent’s standalone revenue from operations climbed 21 per cent to Rs 11,454 crore, compared with Rs 9,505 crore in the corresponding period last year. Merchandise revenue also increased 21 per cent during the six-month period.
The quarter marked a significant milestone for Zudio, Trent’s fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand, with the opening of its 1,000th store.
Trent added 17 net Zudio stores during Q2FY27, taking the half-year net addition to 36 stores. The company also opened 10 net Westside stores during the quarter and 11 during the first half.
As of 30 September 2026, Trent’s portfolio stood at 1,342 stores across Westside, Zudio and its other lifestyle brands, underlining the company’s continued focus on expanding its retail footprint.
The latest numbers highlight the pace at which Trent is scaling its store network while maintaining double-digit revenue growth. The 1,000-store Zudio milestone, in particular, marks another leg in the brand’s rapid expansion across India’s fashion retail market.
With Zudio crossing the 1,000-store mark and the wider portfolio reaching 1,342 outlets, Trent enters the second half of FY27 with both revenue growth and retail expansion firmly on the front foot.
