The St. Regis Mumbai earns MICHELIN Key and Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star rating
Dual recognition highlights the hotel’s service, design and luxury hospitality experience
MUMBAI: The St. Regis Mumbai has added two international hospitality distinctions to its 2026 credentials, earning One MICHELIN Key in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Hotel Selection and a Four-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide.
The recognitions assess different aspects of the hotel experience, with the MICHELIN Key considering elements including architecture and design, service, personality, character, value and the property’s connection with its surroundings. Forbes Travel Guide’s Four-Star rating recognises hotels meeting high standards across service and facilities.
Located in Lower Parel, The St. Regis Mumbai overlooks the Mumbai skyline, Arabian Sea and Mahalaxmi Racecourse. The property combines the St. Regis brand’s traditional hospitality with an experience shaped around its Mumbai setting.
A key part of the hotel’s service proposition is its 24-hour St. Regis Butler Service, which provides personalised assistance throughout a guest’s stay.
The hotel’s hospitality offering extends across its dining and social spaces, including Koishii and By The Mekong on the Penthouse, Sahib Room & Kipling Bar, Seven Kitchens, The Drawing Room, Koi Bar and Café by The St. Regis.
The St. Regis Spa, Athletic Centre and pool round out the property’s leisure and wellness facilities.
The general manager of The St. Regis Mumbai said the recognition reflected the people behind the guest experience, from personalised Butler Service and dining experiences to the details that make visitors feel cared for.
The St. Regis brand combines traditional luxury with contemporary design across nearly 40 hotels and resorts globally. Founded with the opening of the first St. Regis hotel in New York City by John Jacob Astor IV, the brand is known for its bespoke service and signature St. Regis Butler Service.
