The Sleep Company partners with Unicommerce to streamline e-commerce operations

NEW DELHI: The Sleep Company is putting its e-commerce operations to bed with a little more order, partnering with Unicommerce to streamline order processing, inventory management and fulfilment as it expands across digital and offline channels.

The comfort-tech brand has deployed Unicommerce’s Uniware platform to create a unified system for managing inventory, processing orders and fulfilling customer purchases across its own website and leading online marketplaces.

The partnership comes as The Sleep Company scales its operations and handles growing order volumes across multiple sales channels. The company, known for bringing its patented SmartGRID technology to India’s mattress market, has expanded its portfolio beyond mattresses to include ergonomic chairs, recliners, sofas, pillows, mattress protectors and other comfort products.

Uniware will centralise order and inventory management across the brand’s operations, while also addressing specific fulfilment requirements. The implementation includes support for multipart shipments, allowing bulky or multi-item orders to be split across multiple packages where required.

The setup is also designed to improve logistics efficiency and includes customised finance reporting. Intelligent courier selection capabilities are expected to be introduced as part of the platform’s further rollout.
