Sushma Jhaveri is Madison Media Infinity COO
Mumbai: Madison Media has appointed Sushma Jhaveri as COO of Madison Media Infinity.
Jhaveri moves in from Carat Media, where she was senior VP. She will be based in Mumbai and will lead a set of accounts in the Bombay office.
Jhaveri replaces Mallikarjundas CR, who recently joined Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) as CEO.
Madison Media Group CEO Punitha Arumugam said, “I have interacted with Sushma at various industry forums in the past and found her perspective and inputs refreshing and concise. Jhaveri has over 18 years of experience in Media planning and research having worked in companies such as Carat, Mindshare Fulcrum, TME and Synovate.
Jhaveri has worked with names such as Unilever‘s oral care and deodorant brands, Colgate, Britannia, Godrej Appliances, Heinz, Castrol, Viacom 18, ICICI Bank, Star Network, Shopper‘s Stop and HDFC.
In her research role, she has been involved with media research, micro market planning softwares, various ad tracking studies and formulating customised research for various brands.
Madison Media handles media planning and buying for various blue chip clients including Airtel, Godrej, Cadbury, ITC, General Motors, Marico, McDonald‘s TVS, Britannia, Tata Tea, SpiceJet, Axis Bank, Domino‘s, Bharti Axa, Max Newyork Life Insurance, Tata Salt, Acer, Dish TV, Imagine TV, Times Television Network and Indian Oil.

Edelman elevates Siddharth Panicker to head of Mumbai office
Financial services veteran steps up after nearly 15 years at the firm
MUMBAI: Edelman has elevated Siddharth Panicker to head of its Mumbai office, promoting a long-serving leader who has spent nearly 15 years building the firm’s financial services franchise in India.
Panicker has held a series of senior roles at Edelman, including associate vice president, head – financial services, and VP & head – financial services. In these positions, he led the development of the firm’s financial services practice, advising C-suite clients across investment banking, private equity, NBFCs, fintech, disputes, litigation and life insurance.
The promotion reflects his track record in corporate and financial communications, strategic counsel and leadership, as Mumbai remains a central hub for India’s financial and professional services sectors.
Earlier in his career, Panicker gained industry exposure through internships at Nalco Water, part of Ecolab, and MSL India.
His elevation underlines Edelman’s focus on leadership continuity and deep sector expertise as clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory, reputational and market environments.
