BENGALURU: Snabbit is putting a new hand on the operational wheel. The quick home services platform has appointed Pradeep Yadav as head of operations as it prepares for its next phase of expansion across India.

Yadav brings 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses. He joins Snabbit from Klydo, where he was co-founder of the quick fashion commerce platform. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Udaan and Flipkart.

At Snabbit, Yadav will oversee operations with a focus on strengthening execution, developing scalable operating systems and ensuring reliable fulfilment as the company expands its network.

Yadav succeeds Vikas Choudhary, who has led Snabbit’s operations for the past 18 months. Choudhary will move into a new mandate within the company, where he will lead new businesses and work on emerging opportunities.

The leadership change comes as Snabbit accelerates its expansion. The company has crossed one crore lifetime jobs and recently recorded more than 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day.

It currently operates across five markets: Mumbai Metropolitan Region, including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane; Delhi NCR, covering Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad; Pune; Hyderabad; and Bengaluru.

The platform has expanded to more than 150 micromarkets as demand for quick, on-demand home services grows.

Snabbit is now looking to build an operating system capable of supporting substantially larger volumes, with the company targeting one million households served every day in the long term.

Snabbit founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal said Choudhary had been instrumental in building the company’s operational foundation and would now bring his entrepreneurial approach to developing new businesses.

He said Yadav’s experience in scaling supply chains, combined with his experience as a founder, would be important as Snabbit moves from more than one lakh jobs a day towards its longer-term target.

For Yadav, the new role comes as Snabbit attempts to match its rapidly expanding demand with a more structured operating engine.

Snabbit head of operations Pradeep Yadav said the company’s pace of growth presented an opportunity to build an operating system capable of supporting its ambitions while maintaining reliable service for customers.

His remit will include improving execution and building systems that can support the company’s expansion without compromising service quality.

Choudhary’s transition marks the next step after overseeing the build-out of Snabbit’s operations over the past 18 months.

During his tenure, the company expanded across markets while developing the systems and processes needed to support its growing customer and Expert base.

Choudhary will now focus on new businesses and emerging opportunities within Snabbit, while supporting Yadav during the transition.

The company said it will continue investing in people, technology and infrastructure as it expands. Its broader aim is to create a tech-enabled operating layer for everyday home services and move the sector from fragmented offline supply towards a more organised ecosystem.

With more than one lakh jobs already being handled on peak days, Snabbit’s next challenge is no longer simply finding demand. It is building the operational muscle to serve it reliably at much greater scale.
