Shadowfax names Sachin Dixit as head of corporate development and investor relations
Former JM Financial executive joins logistics firm after its January 2026 listing
MUMBAI: Shadowfax has appointed Sachin Dixit as head of corporate development and investor relations, as the logistics firm sharpens its focus on institutional engagement and capital markets strategy following its stock market debut earlier this year.
The appointment comes months after Shadowfax completed its public listing in January 2026, marking a new phase for the technology-led third-party logistics player as it looks to strengthen governance, investor communication and long-term growth planning.
Dixit brings more than 15 years of experience across financial services and new-age technology companies. Before joining Shadowfax, he held leadership positions at JM Financial, CarDekho, Jefferies and GHF Group.
During his stint at JM Financial, Dixit worked on several high-profile public listings in India’s startup ecosystem, including those of Nykaa, FirstCry, Urban Company and even Shadowfax itself.
At Shadowfax, he will now oversee investor relations, corporate communications, strategic investments and broader engagement with the capital markets community as part of the senior leadership team.
Commenting on the move, Sachin Dixit said, “India’s digital commerce continues to witness decadal tailwinds, and Shadowfax is playing a pivotal role in enabling this transformation through technology-led logistics solutions.”
He added that he looked forward to contributing to long-term value creation through disciplined strategy, transparent investor engagement and strong execution.
Meanwhile, Shadowfax cofounder and CEO Abhishek Bansal said the company was entering an important phase of growth where stronger corporate strategy and investor engagement would remain key priorities.
“Sachin’s experience across capital markets, financial services and new-age technology businesses will play an important role in reinforcing our position as a technology-led logistics platform,” Bansal said.
Dixit holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BTech degree from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
As India’s logistics and quick commerce sectors continue racing ahead, Shadowfax appears keen to ensure its investor story moves just as efficiently as the parcels it delivers.
