Scripbox strengthens client-facing team with QPFP certification
Majority of Relationship and Engagement Managers complete six-month programme with Network FP
MUMBAI: Scripbox has partnered with Network FP to strengthen the professional capabilities of its client-facing teams, with a majority of its Relationship Managers and Engagement Managers completing the Qualified Personal Finance Professional (QPFP®) certification programme.
The six-month training and examination programme covers practical areas including financial planning, goal and retirement planning, cash-flow management, investments and client engagement.
The programme is designed to help Scripbox’s client-facing professionals look beyond individual investment products and understand broader aspects of a client’s financial life, including goals, cash flows, risk profiles and long-term requirements.
The certification also covers the responsible use of artificial intelligence and technology, with an emphasis on combining technological capabilities with human judgement and empathy.
Network FP describes this approach as “Powered by AI, Driven by HI”.
Scripbox founder and CEO Atul Shinghal said the company believes strong client outcomes begin with capable professionals. He added that as financial lives become more complex, Relationship and Engagement Managers need to understand clients beyond individual investment products.
Shinghal said having a majority of the client-facing team QPFP certified marks an important milestone for the company, adding that Scripbox will continue to invest in professional qualifications and continuous learning.
Network FP founder and CEO Sadique Neelgund said the completion of QPFP certification by a majority of Scripbox’s client-facing team in the first cohort reflects the company’s commitment to professional development.
He added that financial professionals are increasingly combining human judgement with technology and AI, making continuous professional development an important part of the evolving wealth management landscape.
The certification initiative comes as wealth management firms increasingly look to equip client-facing professionals with broader financial planning capabilities alongside technology-led tools.
