NEW DELHI: Sagar Dang has been elevated to associate director – product management at MakeMyTrip, effective February 2026, and will lead the generative AI product charter at redBus, a group company.

In the newly carved-out role, Dang will integrate generative AI tools across the group’s transport ecosystem, aiming to transform user experience, automate customer journeys and accelerate product innovation. The mandate signals a sharper push by MakeMyTrip to embed AI deeper into its consumer stack.

Dang has spent over four years within the group’s mobility division, where he led the demand product charter for MakeMyTrip and Goibibo Cabs.
