Riddhi Goradia Vyas joins RMZ as vice president, marketing and communications
A strategic communications leader with 15+ years of experience across sportstech, telecom and large Indian conglomerates takes charge of marketing and communications at RMZ
MUMBAI: Policy rooms, telecom crises, boardroom narratives. Riddhi Goradia Vyas has worked them all, and now she is building a brand.
The Mumbai-based communications leader has started a new position as vice president, marketing and communications at RMZ, a full-time, on-site role that began in July 2026. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as vice president, marketing and communications at RMZ,” she said.
The profile behind the announcement is a strong one. Goradia Vyas describes herself as a strategic communications leader with 15+ years of experience across sportstech, telecom and large Indian conglomerates spanning real estate, financial services, consumer (OTC), pharma and CSR. She specialises in high-impact, outcome-driven communication programmes that align business narratives with organisational priorities.
Her toolkit is wide. Her experience spans public relations, internal communications, thought leadership, advocacy and crisis management, with a 360-degree integrated approach across PR, social media, digital, brand, product, investor and employee communications. She is known for strong strategic thinking and sound judgement in high-pressure situations, and for translating business complexity into credible, compelling narratives. Her key strengths include B2B, B2C and B2G communications, stakeholder management, media relations, crisis communication, corporate reputation, thought leadership, budget and team management, and advocacy and policy communication.
Here is the analysis. A marketing and communications brief at a growing business needs two skills that rarely come in one person: the creative instinct to build a brand and the steady hand to protect it. Goradia Vyas has spent years doing the second under heavy pressure, and her marketing-adjacent experience across brand, product, digital and social communications covers the first. Her B2B, B2C and B2G range matters too. Large businesses sell to customers, partners and governments, and each audience needs its own voice.
The career path shows a steady climb through demanding sectors:
general manager, corporate communications at Vodafone Idea Limited (February 2021 to September 2024), in Mumbai director, policy communications at Dream11 (September 2024 to March 2026), in Mumbai assistant vice president at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance (April 2019 to February 2021) senior manager, corporate communications, Piramal Group, at Piramal Enterprises Limited (March 2015 to April 2019) manager, corporate communications at Piramal Enterprises Limited (March 2012 to March 2015), giving her seven years and two months at Piramal in all senior account executive at Odyssey Corp (March 2011 to March 2012)
account executive, public relations at Hanmer MS&L (March 2009 to February 2011)
intern, client servicing at Thoughtrains Design (March 2006 to July 2006)
The most interesting detail is the last-but-one entry. At Hanmer MS&L, Goradia Vyas served real estate and allied clients such as Knight Frank India, Neev Group of Companies, Sanghvi Group and Sunteck Realty. Her first full-time job was in property communications, and her new role brings her back to that world with a senior title and far more experience. It is a rare homecoming, and one that gives her a head start with property audiences.
Her recent roles add something special. Policy communications at Dream11 is advocacy work, where messages must reach regulators and the public in equal measure. Corporate communications at Vodafone Idea meant speaking for a large telecom brand through a demanding period. Few marketing leaders have handled such different pressure points, and fewer still have also worked in financial services and pharma.
For RMZ, the appointment brings a seasoned communicator who can run brand, media, policy and stakeholder messaging from one desk. For Goradia Vyas, it brings a leadership title and a chance to put 15 years of lessons to work in one organisation. In a market where reputation is as valuable as any asset, that is a smart match.
