The former DDB Mudra Group executive will steer drinkware marketing, drawing on agency experience across digital strategy and media planning
MUMBAI: From agency briefs to the brand side, Rashi Bhushan is changing the pitch. The marketing and media professional has joined Hamilton Housewares, the company behind the Milton brand, as assistant general manager, marketing and omnichannel media, taking charge of marketing and omnichannel media for its drinkware business.
Based in Mumbai, Bhushan assumed the role in September 2026, bringing experience in digital strategy, media planning and buying, integrated communications and client management to the home and kitchen products company.
Her move follows more than five years at DDB Mudra Group, where she served as associate vice president, digital media planning and buying, from April 2021 to August 2026. During her tenure, she also held the position of senior partner, integrated strategy and media, broadening her experience across media planning and strategic brand communications.
Before DDB Mudra Group, Bhushan spent over two years at Madison World as business director, from July 2018 to November 2020. She handled accounts including Tata Consumer Products and Welspun, overseeing brand communication, campaign planning, media buying and client servicing.
Her career has also taken her through Mindshare and Span Digital, building a track record across digital media and strategy for brands in multiple sectors.
At Mindshare, she worked as director, digital, from May 2017 to January 2018, handling accounts such as Castrol, Star India and Facebook. Earlier, between May 2015 and April 2017, she was senior account director, digital, at Span Digital, managing digital strategy and media planning for public- and private-sector clients.
Bhushan’s appointment brings agency-side media expertise into Milton’s marketing operations as she takes on responsibility for its drinkware business across marketing and omnichannel media.
Academically, she holds a postgraduate diploma in management, specialising in marketing and human resources, from the Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad. She also has a bachelor’s degree in English and economics from Isabella Thoburn College.
With experience spanning media buying, integrated strategy and client leadership, Bhushan now moves closer to the brands themselves, with Milton’s drinkware business as her next assignment.
