MUMBAI: ProHance is making a pro move on the marketing front. The enterprise productivity technology company has appointed Ankit Chaturvedi as its global head of marketing and GTM engineering, as it looks to build an AI-led growth engine and expand across international markets.

The appointment comes as ProHance builds towards its vision of a Unified Productivity Control Room, designed to help enterprises improve the productivity of employees, vendors and AI systems.

The company has delivered more than 30 per cent year-on-year profitable growth over the past three years. It is now looking to bring marketing, sales, product and engineering closer together, with Chaturvedi tasked with driving this integrated approach.

In his new role, Chaturvedi will lead ProHance’s global marketing strategy and build AI-powered go-to-market infrastructure aimed at improving speed, accuracy and business outcomes. He will also work with product, sales and leadership teams to strengthen the company’s positioning and support its expansion across key global markets.

Chaturvedi brings more than a decade of B2B SaaS marketing experience across large technology companies and high-growth businesses built in India for global markets.

Before joining ProHance, he was part of the leadership team at Shipsy. Earlier, he spent nearly eight years at RateGain, where he helped build the marketing function from the ground up as the company scaled into a publicly listed SaaS business.

During his tenure at RateGain, Chaturvedi quadrupled the share of marketing-sourced revenue by integrating product marketing, digital marketing and revenue operations with AI and automation.

Welcoming the appointment, ProHance CEO Ankur Dhingra said the company was looking for marketing leadership with a builder’s mindset.

“Ankit’s experience scaling a global SaaS brand, combined with his ability to turn marketing into a measurable revenue engine using AI, not just a brand function, is exactly why we brought him on,” Dhingra said.

He added that Chaturvedi’s leadership would help sharpen ProHance’s market positioning and accelerate its expansion into new geographies.

Chaturvedi said enterprises are increasingly looking to bring employees, external partners and AI together while improving business outcomes and protecting margins.

“ProHance sits at the centre of this shift. What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to give every business leader the context to understand how their teams are working with AI,” he said.

The appointment underlines ProHance’s push to embed AI not only into its product proposition but also into its go-to-market strategy. With more than 30 per cent profitable growth over the past three years, the company is now looking to turn that momentum into a broader global growth story.
