PageGroup rebrands under Michael Page as firm marks global and India milestones
Recruitment company unifies services under one brand during its 50th global anniversary
NEW DELHI: A fresh page has turned for PageGroup. The global recruitment company has consolidated its recruitment and outsourcing businesses under the Michael Page brand, simplifying its global identity as it celebrates 50 years worldwide and 15 years in India.
The move brings the company’s specialist recruitment, executive search and enterprise solutions offerings under a single brand, reflecting how clients increasingly engage with the business across markets, industries and hiring needs.
Under the new structure, permanent, interim and project-based recruitment services will operate alongside the company’s enterprise solutions business, which provides large-scale recruitment and outsourcing for global organisations. Page Executive will continue as Michael Page’s executive search and leadership advisory practice while working more closely with the broader business.
The company said the unified structure is designed to make it easier for clients and candidates to access its full range of services while encouraging greater collaboration across teams and geographies.
Alongside the organisational changes, Michael Page has unveiled a refreshed visual identity featuring a redesigned logo, updated wordmark, simplified typography and a new colour palette. The branding has been developed to create a more consistent presence across digital platforms, communications and marketing materials.
The rebrand was created in partnership with global brand consultancy Dragon Rouge, working alongside Michael Page’s global leadership and marketing teams.
“Michael Page is already one of the most recognised and trusted names in professional recruitment. Bringing our services together under one brand reflects how we work in practice today, as one business, connected by shared expertise, insight and relationships. It allows us to support clients and candidates in a simpler, smarter and more joined up way,” Michael Page chief executive officer Nicholas Kirk said.
Explaining the thinking behind the refresh, Michael Page chief marketing and data officer Eamon Collins said, “This update isn’t about chasing novelty. It’s about being honest about who we are and making sure that comes through consistently. Fitting for our 50th year, this refresh builds on our well-established identity and reputation, giving us a sharper, more confident way to show up, while staying true to how our clients and candidates experience us every day.”
The company also highlighted India’s growing importance within its global business.
“India continues to be one of the most dynamic talent markets globally, with organisations looking for recruitment partners who can bring specialist expertise, market insight and scalable solutions together seamlessly,” Michael Page senior managing director Nilay Khandelwal said.
The refreshed identity and unified brand structure will be rolled out across markets over the coming months, with updated branding, communications and customer touchpoints gradually replacing the existing PageGroup identity.
By consolidating its businesses under the Michael Page name, the recruitment firm is aiming to present a simpler, more recognisable face to clients while strengthening collaboration across its global network as demand for specialist hiring and workforce solutions continues to evolve.
