Oreo brings BTS inspired Korean Sweet Pancake cookies to India

MUMBAI: When fandom meets flavour, even a cookie can steal the spotlight. Oreo has rolled out its limited-edition BTS Korean Sweet Pancake cookies in India, bringing together K-pop fandom and Korean-inspired flavours as part of its global collaboration with the South Korean music sensation.

To celebrate the launch, the brand hosted an immersive event in Mumbai, where actor Tiger Shroff, content creators and BTS fans came together for a day inspired by the energy of Korean street markets. The new cookies draw inspiration from hotteok, the popular Korean sweet pancake, giving the classic Oreo a local Korean twist. The limited-edition packs are now available across India.

The campaign extends beyond the product itself. At the Mumbai event, fans penned personal messages to BTS as part of Oreo’s attempt to create the world’s largest love letter to the group. Consumers across India can also join the initiative by scanning the QR code available on the limited-edition cookie packs and contributing their own messages.
