OPPO F35 Series partners with Drishyam The Conclusion for family-focused campaign
Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran spotlight the F35’s ultra-wide selfie camera
NEW DELHI: When it comes to family, every detail matters, and OPPO is making sure no one gets cropped out of the picture. OPPO India has partnered with Drishyam The Conclusion to connect the mystery-driven world of the film franchise with the group photography capabilities of its OPPO F35 Series 5G smartphones.
The collaboration brings together actors Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran in a special film that draws on the themes of family, memories and attention to detail associated with the Drishyam franchise.
At the heart of the campaign is the idea that every person contributes to a family memory, and therefore deserves a place in the frame. The messaging dovetails with the F35 Series’ positioning as a “Group Selfie Expert”, with its imaging capabilities designed to accommodate larger groups in a single photograph.
The collaboration particularly highlights the smartphone series’ 50MP Ultra-Wide Selfie Camera, which is designed to capture a wider field of view and fit more people into group selfies.
The partnership creates a link between the detail-focused storytelling of Drishyam and OPPO’s emphasis on capturing complete family moments. In the campaign film, the two worlds come together around the simple proposition that a memorable photograph is incomplete if someone important is missing from it.
Speaking about the collaboration, OPPO India head of communications Goldee Patnaik said the partnership was built around common themes of detail, moments and family.
“Our collaboration with Drishyam The Conclusion is rooted in a strong and natural synergy between the two brands. The Drishyam franchise has built its storytelling around the significance of every detail, every moment and every member of the family,” Patnaik said.
“The OPPO F35 Series brings a similar thought to imaging. When a moment is worth capturing, everyone who makes that moment special deserves to be in the frame,” he added.
The campaign is timed to coincide with the release of Drishyam The Conclusion, which is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 2 October 2026. The film is the latest instalment in a franchise known for weaving family relationships and carefully placed details into its mystery-driven narrative.
For OPPO, the association gives its latest F-series devices a cinematic setting to demonstrate a practical smartphone feature. Rather than focusing solely on specifications, the campaign positions the ultra-wide selfie camera around a familiar use case: getting the whole family into one photograph.
Founded in India in 2014, OPPO India operates across smartphones and IoT products, with its portfolio including the Find, Reno, F, K and A series. The company is headquartered in Gurugram and operates a large smartphone manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The Drishyam partnership ultimately turns a familiar family-photo problem into the campaign’s central message: when every person matters to the story, there should be room for everyone in the frame.
