OPEN Strategy & Design elevates three leaders to drive next growth phase
Agency promotes two executive creative directors and a business lead to strengthen leadership
Mumbai: OPEN Strategy & Design has strengthened its leadership team with three senior promotions as the independent branding and design consultancy looks to accelerate its next phase of growth.
The company has elevated Radhika Dhuru and Vatsala Bisen as executive creative directors, while appointing Varun Bedi as executive business director. Together, the three executives bring nearly six decades of experience across branding, design and business leadership.
In her expanded role, Vatsala Bisen will continue to lead creative work across luxury, lifestyle and consumer brands. Her portfolio includes brands such as Manish Malhotra, Jack Daniel’s and Zivame. Over the years, her work has received recognition from platforms including the Kyoorius Design for Good Awards, The ABBY Awards, DIELINE and the London International Awards.
Radhika Dhuru will oversee brand transformation and design initiatives across the agency, with a focus on driving creative excellence, mentoring design teams and strengthening long-term client relationships. During her career, she has worked on branding and design assignments for companies including Coca-Cola, Manish Malhotra, Café Coffee Day and Jack Daniel’s.
As executive business director, Varun Bedi will lead client partnerships, business development and project delivery while identifying new growth opportunities across sectors including FMCG, financial services, hospitality, direct-to-consumer brands and corporate businesses.
OPEN Strategy & Design, managing partner, Asparsh Sinha said the promotions recognise leaders who have consistently demonstrated strong creative capabilities, ownership and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
The leadership changes come as OPEN Strategy & Design continues to expand its branding and design practice, with the company betting on experienced internal talent to support its long-term growth ambitions.
