Omnicom Media launches Hearts United across 40 markets with $9.1 billion in billings
New global agency combines Hearts & Science and Mediahub to target ambitious brands
NEW YORK: Omnicom Media is bringing two of its media brands under one roof, officially launching Hearts United, a new global agency formed through the combination of Hearts & Science and Mediahub.
The agency will operate across 40 markets and represents approximately $9.1 billion in 2025 billings, creating one of the larger new players in the global media agency landscape.
The launch follows strong growth from both networks. Between 2021 and 2025, Hearts & Science increased its billings by 50 per cent, while Mediahub grew 33 per cent. That momentum has continued into 2026, with Hearts United entering the market with a strong new business record.
According to COMvergence’s real-time rankings, the new agency currently ranks first in the US year to date for total new business, measured as wins minus losses including retentions. It ranks third globally and third in EMEA, despite competing against agencies as much as three times its size.
Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski said the two agencies bring complementary strengths to the new network.
“Hearts & Science helped pioneer data-driven decision-making, while Mediahub broke new ground by proving media could serve as a creative platform,” said Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski.
He added that Hearts United had been designed as a globally scaled network focused on client growth, combining the two agencies’ capabilities, approaches and geographic footprints.
Hearts United will build its proposition around four principles.
The first is an outcomes-oriented commercial model, linking the agency’s success more closely to client growth and putting greater accountability into its operating structure.
The second is an AI-led approach. AI will be embedded into workflows to expand capacity, support human decision-making and free up employees to focus on more complex and higher-value work.
The agency will also focus on what it calls ecosystem mastery, planning across platforms, creators, communities and commerce rather than treating individual media channels as separate decisions.
Finally, Hearts United will operate with a senior-led model, using specialist teams that work closely with clients while reducing internal silos and unnecessary handovers.
The agency will also have access to the wider capabilities of Omnicom’s global media network, including data and technology, identity, commerce expertise and talent. It joins OMD, Initiative, PHD and UM in Omnicom Media’s agency portfolio.
Hearts United will be led in the US by Nicole Estebanell, who previously served as CEO of Mediahub US. Ross Jenkins, who previously led Mediahub across EMEA, will head the agency’s operations in that region.
Both executives bring experience in scaling high-growth media businesses while maintaining entrepreneurial cultures and established client relationships.
Leadership for APAC and LATAM is expected to be announced in the fourth quarter.
The launch comes as Omnicom Media itself enters the new agency’s debut year with strong momentum. The group currently has the best year-to-date total new business performance among global media groups in 2026 and has won $4.1 billion in new client billings, according to the company.
Recent wins include Adidas, Delta, Dyson, IBM, Mark Anthony Brands, Novo Nordisk, On and Subway.
For Omnicom Media, Hearts United is therefore more than a rebranding exercise. It is an attempt to combine two fast-growing agencies into a single global operation built around data, creativity, AI and measurable client outcomes. The real test will be whether that combination can preserve the challenger spirit of both businesses while giving clients the scale of a global network.
