Nestlé names Anurag A head of order-to-cash
Former Johnson Controls leader brings two decades of otc expertise
GURUGRAM: Nestlé has appointed Anurag A as head of order-to-cash, tasking him with sharpening its global finance operations amid a wider push towards digital transformation.
Based in Gurugram, Anurag will lead large, globally distributed teams and oversee end-to-end otc functions, including collections, deductions, cash application, credit management and shared services delivery. The role spans operations across the US, EMEA and other key markets.
He brings more than 19 years of experience in delivery, solution design and finance transformation, with a track record of transitioning over 20 OTC processes across mature markets. A certified green belt and OTC trainer, Anurag has advised chief financial officers on process redesign and automation.
Before joining Nestlé, he held senior leadership roles at Johnson Controls, where he ran OTC towers across Emeala, Apac and North America, including responsibility for the Bratislava business centre. His earlier stints include leadership roles at Genpact, Accenture, IBM and CPA Global.
An MBA in finance and operations management, Anurag has led product and automation initiatives using platforms such as HighRadius, Celonis, Remelia, GetPaid, TradeShift and BlackLine.
