Myntra appoints Sruti Ravi as VP and head of strategy and business insights
Ravi brings over 15 years of experience across InMobi, SoftBank, Walmart India and Bain & Company
MUMBAI: Myntra is adding fresh strategic firepower to its fashion playbook, appointing Sruti Ravi as vice president and head of strategy and business insights (BI). Ravi joins the fashion e-commerce platform with over 15 years of experience spanning strategy, investments, partnerships and business growth.
Ravi took up the role in October 2026 and is based in Bengaluru. Her appointment brings experience from technology, investment and retail businesses at a time when online fashion platforms are navigating changing consumer preferences, competition and growth opportunities.
Before joining Myntra, Ravi served as vice president of strategy at InMobi, where she worked from September 2022 to August 2025. Her responsibilities included strategy and operations, the founder’s office and global strategic partnerships.
She previously held leadership roles at SoftBank. From May 2021 to October 2022, she was vice president in the operating group at SoftBank Investment Advisers. Before that, between November 2019 and May 2021, she served as vice president of corporate development and investments at SoftBank Group International.
Ravi’s experience also includes a stint at Walmart, where she was general manager for strategy and the programme management office from June 2018 to November 2019. Earlier, she spent four years and seven months at Bain & Company, working as a senior associate consultant from July 2012 to June 2014 before becoming a consultant from July 2014 to January 2017.
She began her career at Nomura Structured Financial Services, where she worked as an analyst in quantitative equity research and index products from November 2008 to May 2010.
Ravi holds a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, where she studied from 2010 to 2012 and secured institute rank three. She completed her BTech in electrical and electronics engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, graduating in 2008.
Her appointment brings together experience in consulting, corporate investments, technology and retail, with strategy and business insights now forming the core of her remit at Myntra.
