MRSI appoints Nidhi Hosangady as chief operating officer
Appointment effective June 9, 2026, as industry body sharpens strategic focus.
MUMBAI: Research may be built on insights, but every strong organisation needs someone steering the ship behind the scenes. The Market Research Society of India (MRSI) has appointed Nidhi Hosangady as its chief operating officer (COO), effective June 9, 2026, marking a significant leadership move for the industry body as it looks to strengthen its operational capabilities and long-term strategic agenda.
A familiar face within the market research ecosystem, Hosangady brings extensive industry knowledge, operational expertise and a deep understanding of the organisation’s workings. Her elevation comes at a time when the insights and analytics sector is navigating rapid shifts driven by technology, changing consumer behaviour and evolving business demands.
In her new role, Hosangady will be responsible for driving MRSI’s strategic priorities, supporting member engagement initiatives and helping shape the association’s future direction. Her appointment reflects MRSI’s focus on building a stronger organisational framework while continuing to champion the interests of India’s market research and insights community.
Having worked closely with the industry and the association over the years, Hosangady is expected to play a key role in advancing MRSI’s mission of fostering innovation, collaboration and professional excellence across the sector.
The appointment took effect on June 9, 2026, ushering in a new chapter for the organisation as it seeks to further strengthen its role in India’s fast-evolving research and data-driven decision-making landscape.
