JAL Bath Fittings names Wamiqa Gabbi brand ambassador, unveils digital film
New campaign highlights 37-year design legacy and the balance between value and elegance
NEW DELHI: JAL Bath Fittings has appointed actor Wamiqa Gabbi as its brand ambassador and unveiled a new digital brand film as it looks to strengthen its presence among India’s design-conscious consumers.
The association marks a new phase in the brand’s 37-year journey, with the campaign built around the proposition ‘Value Meets Elegance’. The film explores how modern Indian homeowners increasingly want their living spaces to reflect their personal style without compromising on functionality or value.
The digital film follows Rahul and Priya, an urban working couple who approach purchases from contrasting perspectives. While Priya prioritises aesthetics and experience, Rahul focuses on value for money.
Their differences play out through a series of everyday purchase decisions, from an overpriced coffee and an uncomfortable sofa to a speaker that fails to match its in-store experience. The couple eventually finds a middle ground with JAL, discovering bathroom fittings and sanitaryware that combine aesthetics with value.
The film is available across JAL’s social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Speaking on the association, JAL Bath Fittings director marketing Siddhant Kapoor said that Gabbi’s style and persona align with the brand’s focus on quality, elegance and contemporary living. He added that the digital film brings the association to life through their shared values of authenticity and thoughtful design.
The campaign brings together JAL’s design-led approach with Gabbi’s understated style and pan-India appeal. The brand said her association reflects its positioning as an upper-mid segment player offering aesthetically focused products while delivering value to consumers.
JAL Bath Fittings director Vivek Kapoor said the partnership reflects the company’s efforts to broaden the conversation around premium bathroom design and its evolution as a brand.
Gabbi said she sees the spaces people live in as an expression of their identity and that JAL’s focus on simple, durable and aesthetically designed products aligns with her own values.
The campaign comes as bathrooms increasingly become an extension of personal style for Indian homeowners rather than purely functional spaces. Through the association, JAL aims to connect premium bathroom design with consumers se
