Howard Myers is BVITV creative director
MUMBAI: Howard Myers has been appointed creative director for the portfolio development group at Buena Vista International Television (BVITV) for Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
The London based Myers reports to BVITV senior VP sales and portfolio develiopment group Philippe Maigret. He is responsible for developing the local production of BVITV’s reality and entertainment formats, reversioning of scripted series, and the creative evaluation of television programming for distribution.
Myers will work closely with BVITV’s sales team in Europe, Middle East and Africa and support the BVITV regional team in Asia-Pacific and Latin America, to provide support in pitching and developing projects, while supervising the production of formats, to ensure consistency between the original production, customer requirements, creative development and BVITV’s portfolio strategy.
BVITV’s formats include The Amazing Race and Extreme Makeover.
