Eloelo Group appoints Nikunj Mundhra as VP Revenue & Growth
Former MPL executive joins as Story TV rides strong Q1 2026 momentum.
MUMBAI: When content is booming, the next challenge is turning attention into revenue and Eloelo Group appears to have found a new captain for that mission. The consumer internet company behind microdrama platform Story TV and microlearning platform Master has appointed Nikunj Mundhra as vice president – revenue & growth, as it looks to accelerate monetisation and strengthen its next phase of expansion.
Mundhra will work closely with the leadership team, including chief operating officer GSN Aditya, to drive revenue growth across Eloelo Group’s portfolio. His mandate spans product monetisation, category expansion, retention and long-term business sustainability.
The appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company. Story TV recently ranked among India’s four most-downloaded apps in the first quarter of 2026, according to Sensor Tower, highlighting the rapid rise of short-form, mobile-first entertainment consumption across the country.
Bringing more than 14 years of experience, Mundhra arrives with a strong track record in scaling digital businesses. Most recently, he served as associate vice president – product monetisation at Mobile Premier League (MPL), where he led revenue and monetisation strategies across the gaming platform and its wider portfolio.
Before MPL, he held the position of associate director – revenue at Ola, overseeing key growth and monetisation initiatives in one of India’s most competitive consumer technology sectors. An MBA graduate from IIM Mumbai, Mundhra has worked across markets including India, the United States and the United Kingdom, with expertise spanning P&L management, category creation and profitability.
His arrival is part of a broader leadership build-out at Eloelo Group, which has made several strategic appointments over the past six months across finance, operations and other business functions.
As India’s digital content ecosystem continues to evolve, platforms are increasingly being judged not only by downloads and engagement but also by their ability to build sustainable revenue models. With Story TV’s audience momentum already gathering pace, Eloelo Group is now looking to ensure that growth translates into stronger business outcomes.
For a company operating at the intersection of content, community and commerce, the latest appointment signals that the next chapter is as much about monetisation as it is about momentum.
