Delhivery wins Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance 2026

GURUGRAM: Good governance delivers. Logistics company Delhivery has won the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance 2026 in the national category for the logistics sector, recognising its governance standards and commitment to sustainability-driven business practices.

Instituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD), India, the award follows an evaluation against the organisation’s Golden Peacock Excellence Model, which assesses companies against rigorous benchmarks for corporate governance.

The award was adjudicated by a jury chaired by Uday U. Lalit, former Chief Justice of India. The recognition places Delhivery among the organisations acknowledged under the awards programme for their approach to corporate excellence.

Vivek Pabari, chief financial officer at Delhivery, said the award reinforced the company’s emphasis on governance and its efforts to improve business practices.

“The Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance validates our emphasis on governance and inspires us to keep getting better every day. We are grateful to the esteemed jury and the Institute of Directors for this recognition,” he said.

Madhulika Rawat, company secretary and compliance officer at Delhivery, said governance underpinned the company’s decision-making and its efforts to maintain higher organisational standards.

The Golden Peacock Awards were established by the Institute of Directors in 1991 and recognise organisations across several corporate excellence categories. The awards aim to encourage stronger governance and business practices across industries.

The 2026 Corporate Governance Awards will be presented at the Annual London Global Convention on Corporate Governance & Sustainability in November.
