DDB Mudra-Delhi appoints Radhika Das as VP
MUMBAI: DDB Mudra has appointed Radhika Das as vice president.
Das is joining in from O&M where she was working as director-client services.
Based in Delhi, she will be in charge of clients handled out of Delhi office, like Dabur Jaypee, Nestle and Mother Dairy.
DDB Mudra Group president Vandana Das said, “As part of the journey ahead, I see Radhika as a key player in the Delhi team to nurture client relationships, build brands and also to help us grow.”
On her new role Radhika Das added, “I‘ve worked with Mudra in my earlier years and given the extremely enriching experience I had, I’m absolutely delighted to be back again. I‘m looking forward to a long innings and being a part of the evolution, the organization is witnessing.”
Das comes in with over 13 years of experience. Prior to joining O&M, she has also worked with Publicis Communications and with Hakuhodo Percept. She has worked on brands such as HP, RBS, Costa Coffee and Maruti Suzuki.

Dish TV shareholders approve three independent directors
99.49 per cent vote of confidence strengthens board as company expands into connected TV, e-commerce and OTT.
MUMBAI: Dish TV has just been served a near-perfect vote of confidence and the shareholders have dished it out in style. Shareholders of the DTH operator have approved the appointment of three new Independent Directors with an overwhelming 99.49 per cent approval. The three appointees are Mr Arun Kumar Kapoor, Ms Heena Naishadh Bhatt and Mr Ashok Anant Paranjpe.
The strong mandate reflects continued investor faith in the company’s strategy, disciplined execution and long-term value creation. It comes as Dish TV focuses on stabilising its core DTH business while actively scaling new verticals connected TV platform VZY, B2B e-commerce ShopZop, and OTT service Watcho to build a more diversified and resilient growth trajectory.
