SYDNEY: Suitably styled for success, Claudia Crosby has tailored a fresh chapter in her career, stepping into a senior leadership role at Ralph Lauren across Australia and New Zealand.

Claudia Crosby has been appointed head of marketing, PR & communications ANZ at Ralph Lauren, bringing more than two decades of experience across luxury beauty, fashion and communications.

In a post announcing her move, Crosby said she was “thrilled” to join the iconic American fashion house, describing it as a brand that has long inspired “the dream of a better life through authenticity and timeless style”. She added that she looks forward to working with local and global teams to deliver meaningful impact across the region.

Before launching her consultancy, Crosby spent nearly a decade at Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where she held senior roles including head of marketing & communications ANZ for Tom Ford Beauty, Jo Malone London, By Kilian, and Aramis, and head of marketing & communications AU for Jo Malone London and La Mer.

Earlier, she held additional leadership positions at Estée Lauder Companies across brands such as DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Ermenegildo Zegna and Michael Kors. She also built her early career at L’Oréal, working across Lancôme, Giorgio Armani Parfums, and Yves Saint Laurent, alongside roles supporting Stella McCartney, Roger & Gallet, Diesel, Cacharel, and Oscar de la Renta.

Crosby holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Event Management from Griffith University.

With deep experience across luxury branding and regional markets, her move to Ralph Lauren signals a continued focus by the company on strengthening its presence across Australia and New Zealand.
