MUMBAI: From jungle safaris to mountain views, guests at Clarissa Resorts will now get a taste of curated chai moments. Clarissa Resorts has announced a partnership with Chaayos to enhance guest experiences across its hospitality properties through curated tea offerings.

Under the collaboration, guests at Clarissa Resorts locations in Jim Corbett, Goa and Mukteshwar will be served a selection of Chaayos teas as part of in-room amenities and signature high tea experiences. The initiative aims to bring a familiar, comfort-driven element to stays while elevating everyday hospitality touchpoints.

The partnership reflects a growing trend in the hospitality sector, where brands are focusing on small but meaningful experiential upgrades to improve guest satisfaction and personalisation.

Speaking on the initiative, Clarissa Group director & CEO Harshal Dilwali said the collaboration is designed to make guest experiences more memorable by integrating culturally familiar rituals into hospitality.

“Tea is an integral part of the Indian lifestyle and a cherished ritual for many travellers. Through our partnership with Chaayos, we aim to make every guest experience more comforting, memorable and personalised,” he said.

He added that moments such as a morning cup overlooking the mountains, an evening after a safari, or a relaxed high tea with family are central to the experience the brand aims to deliver.

Chaayos co-founder Raghav Verma said the partnership allows the brand to bring its customised tea experience to travellers in leisure destinations, while showcasing its focus on quality and personalisation.

The rollout will be implemented across Clarissa Resorts’ properties, strengthening the brand’s positioning around comfort, wellness and personalised hospitality experiences.

With this move, Clarissa Resorts continues to deepen its focus on experience-led travel, where even a simple cup of tea becomes part of a curated guest journey.
