NEW DELHI: The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) has called 31 agencies for the first phase of technical presentations as part of its empanelment process for digital advertisement services.

The agencies have met the technical qualification criteria prescribed under the Request for Proposal (RFP) for empanelment in the Base Panel of Micro, Small Startups and MSME entities for Digital Advertisement Services at the Base Rate.

The technical presentations will be held on 25 September 2026 from 11 am onwards at the second-floor conference room of the CBC at Soochna Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.

The call follows an evaluation of the technical bids by the Technical Evaluation Committee. The shortlisted agencies include Acadian Technologies, Adfluence Hub, CASHurDRIVE Marketing, Collective Artists Network, Creative Channel Media, Dainik Uttam Hindu, Desiidea Consulting, Digeratie XP, Erelego Technologies, Global Media Marketing & Communication, Gold Mine Advertising, Grunmech Technologies, IAM Creative Communication, Indixital Media, Infinity Advertising Service, Jang-E-Samachar, Klug Tech, Moksha Media Production, Network Advertising, Oasis Films and New Media, Pragyan Impact Solutions, Shraddha Advertising, Somani Digital, Spike Advertising, Storytellers Branding and Advertising, Tag Enterprises, The Ultra Outdoors, Think Digital Media, Trinayana Enterprises, VUI Consultancy and YRA Media House.

Agencies that fail to make their presentations at the allotted date and time will be treated as having given up the opportunity. The CBC said a separate opportunity will ordinarily not be provided.

The bureau has, however, retained the right to modify the presentation schedule or sessions, with agencies to be informed of any changes.

The CBC has also set aside a separate process for eight agencies whose technical bids contained certain documentary deficiencies.

These agencies have been given until 24 September 2026 to rectify the deficiencies. Their bids will then be evaluated again, and those found eligible will be called for technical presentations on 28 September.

The advisory was issued on 18 September with the approval of the Competent Authority and signed by Harshit Narang, deputy director, New Media.

The technical presentations form the next stage in the CBC’s empanelment exercise for digital advertising agencies, with the final eligibility process continuing after the presentations and documentary review.
