Saughat, Ethnicity and Urban Living blend heritage-inspired designs with modern comfort
MUMBAI: Bombay Dyeing is bringing a festive touch to the bedroom. The home textile brand has unveiled a curated selection of bedding collections for the upcoming festive season, combining traditional Indian influences with contemporary designs and everyday comfort.
The festive edit includes the Saughat, Ethnicity and Urban Living collections, aimed at consumers looking for gifting options as well as ways to refresh their homes for celebrations such as Raksha Bandhan and Onam.
The collections reflect Bombay Dyeing’s approach to combining heritage-inspired designs, contemporary styling and craftsmanship, with each range offering a distinct aesthetic.
The Saughat collection takes its cues from the spirit of gifting, celebration and togetherness. It features rich reds, maroons, golds and pastels inspired by Indian wedding traditions, alongside intricate prints and motifs.
The designs pair traditional Indian aesthetics with a contemporary finish, making them suitable for modern homes while retaining a sense of heritage.
The bedding sets come in premium gift-box packaging, positioning the collection for festive gifting, weddings, trousseau and housewarming occasions.
The collection is priced at an MRP of Rs 5,499.
The Ethnicity collection reworks classic Indian-inspired prints for contemporary interiors. Earthy colour palettes and reinterpretations of heritage motifs give the range a balance of nostalgia and modern styling.
The collection features 300 thread-count satin-finish fabric, digital prints and 100 per cent cotton, with a soft, skin-friendly finish.
The king-size set includes one bedsheet and four pillow covers and is priced at an MRP of Rs 6,349.
For consumers looking for a more contemporary aesthetic, the Urban Living collection brings Indian-inspired prints into modern interiors with a more refined visual language.
The range combines elegant patterns with a premium finish and features 400 thread-count satin-finish fabric, digital prints and 100 per cent cotton.
The king-size set includes one bedsheet and four pillow covers and carries an MRP of Rs 6,699.
Together, the three collections offer different interpretations of festive home styling, from Saughat’s celebration-focused designs to Ethnicity’s heritage character and Urban Living’s contemporary appeal.
With Raksha Bandhan and Onam approaching, Bombay Dyeing is positioning the collections as both festive gifts and additions to the home, extending the celebration from the dining table to the bedroom.
The launch also reflects the brand’s attempt to pair its more than 145-year home textile heritage with changing consumer preferences, bringing traditional design cues into modern Indian homes without compromising on comfort.
