Bisleri launches limited-edition Cocktail 2 bottles ahead of sequel release buzz

Special packs featuring film stars roll out across key Indian markets this season

MUMBAI: Bisleri is bottling a little Hindi cinema sparkle as excitement builds around one of the year’s most anticipated film releases. Bisleri International has unveiled a limited-edition range of bottles inspired by Cocktail 2, featuring lead stars Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna.

Timed to coincide with the release of the film sequel, the campaign aims to tap into both nostalgia for the original franchise and growing anticipation surrounding the new instalment. With social media conversations and fan engagement already gathering momentum, Bisleri is using the collaboration to connect entertainment with everyday consumer experiences.

The limited-edition bottles will be available through general and modern trade outlets across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Ahmedabad. The company is also rolling out a large-scale activation campaign featuring four specially branded Bisleri trucks travelling across Mumbai to build visibility and generate excitement around the film.

The campaign will extend beyond retail shelves through branded in-store displays and digital engagement initiatives, allowing the association to reach consumers across multiple touchpoints.

Commenting on the collaboration, Bisleri International director of sales and marketing Tushar Malhotra said the Cocktail franchise continues to enjoy strong cultural relevance among audiences.

He added that “Cocktail 2, with its star-studded cast and growing fan excitement, is expected to become one of the most talked-about entertainment events of the year, making it a natural fit for Bisleri’s strategy of partnering with high-impact entertainment properties.”

The initiative forms part of Bisleri’s broader marketing approach of aligning with culturally significant events and properties that resonate with consumers across age groups and regions.
