Arkade builds more than homes: Now It’s building buzz with Concept PR

MUMBAI: Sometimes, the biggest foundations are built not with concrete, but with conversations. In a move that signals its next phase of growth and visibility, Mumbai-based luxury real estate developer Arkade Developers has appointed Concept PR as its official communications partner.

Under the new mandate, Concept PR will steer Arkade’s integrated communications strategy, spanning corporate communications, media relations, leadership profiling, and strategic public relations initiatives as the developer continues to expand its footprint across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The partnership comes at a significant juncture for Arkade Developers, a company that has spent four decades building a reputation for quality housing while quietly becoming one of Mumbai’s most recognised real estate names. Listed on both the BSE and NSE, the developer has completed 32 projects since its inception in 1986, delivering homes to more than 5,500 families.

Led by Arkade’s chairman and managing director Amit Jain, has built its brand around a “Family First” philosophy, focusing on trust, transparency and timely delivery qualities that have helped it stand out in Mumbai’s fiercely competitive property market.

The company has developed over 5.5 million square feet of real estate, with more than 2 million square feet currently under construction. Its presence spans key residential micro-markets including Santacruz, Goregaon, Malad, Mulund, Bhandup and Dahisar, while also extending into emerging growth hubs such as Thane.

Recent acquisitions have further underlined Arkade’s ambitious growth plans. Among the most notable is the acquisition of the iconic four-acre Filmistan Studios land parcel in Goregaon West for Rs 360 crore. The site is slated to be transformed into an ultra-luxury residential development with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 3,500 crore.

The developer also strengthened its pipeline through a major land acquisition in Thane, carrying a projected development potential of Rs 2,000 crore and reinforcing its strategy of expanding across high-growth suburban markets.

With landmark projects taking shape and a stronger communications framework now in place, Arkade appears poised to ensure that its next chapter is not only built well but told well too.
