AION-Tech Solutions appoints Nagesh Madastu as chief growth officer to drive expansion

HYDERABAD: AION-Tech Solutions is looking to grow its enterprise business with a new hand at the helm of expansion. The technology company has appointed Nagesh Madastu as chief growth officer, tasking him with strengthening customer relationships, building new business opportunities and expanding its footprint across cloud, artificial intelligence and data-led solutions.

Madastu brings more than 14 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development and technology-led growth. His expertise spans cloud computing, software-as-a-service (SaaS), generative AI, digital transformation and strategic account management.

He will focus on developing enterprise opportunities, deepening relationships with senior decision-makers and expanding partner-led go-to-market programmes across sectors including manufacturing, automotive, banking and financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics and IT-enabled services.

He added that Madastu’s experience in enterprise technology sales, strategic accounts, cloud transformation and partner ecosystems would help the company strengthen its engagement with senior executives and build long-term business opportunities.

Before joining AION-Tech, Madastu served as head of cloud engagement, India, at Ankercloud Technologies. He led professional services, enterprise sales, strategic account growth, cloud transformation and partner-led market development.

During his tenure, he built a qualified sales pipeline worth $50 million, generated $6 million in AWS consumption and exceeded annual business targets by 127%. He also led senior executive engagements covering AI and generative AI, cloud modernisation and marketplace strategies.

The performance figures offer a glimpse of the commercial experience he brings to AION-Tech as enterprises look to turn technology investments into measurable business gains.

Madastu holds a bachelor of engineering (honours) degree in computer science from BITS Pilani. His credentials include AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and Claude Certified Associate Foundations certifications. He has also received the Top Gun Award for three consecutive years for business performance and growth, alongside a Strategic Sales Leader Award for services sales and marketplace go-to-market performance.

Formerly known as Goldstone Technologies, AION-Tech Solutions provides enterprise intelligence, data analytics, asset intelligence and digital transformation services. Established in 1994, the company offers analytics, consulting, software licensing, implementation and managed services. Its technology platforms include ROQIT and ETO.
