AGENCY09 marks 13th anniversary with leadership elevations

MUMBAI: AGENCY09 has marked its 13th anniversary with a series of leadership elevations across creative, design, technology, media, production and business, as the agency prepares for its next phase of growth.

The expanded leadership structure is built around AGENCY09’s “We Deliver Growth” positioning, bringing together strategy, content, technology, design, data and media to address business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

AGENCY09 founder and CEO Tushar Khakhar said the elevated team members had helped build and strengthen the agency over the years and were now taking on larger responsibilities as the agency enters its next phase.

Under the new structure, Saheb Singh will lead growth and expansion, with responsibility for new business, strategic partnerships and integrated solutions.

Rakesh Gawas will head brand and design, focusing on brand strategy, positioning and design systems, while Chaitali Rajadhyaksha will lead production, overseeing planning, craft and delivery across formats.

Ketan Shivadekar will take charge of creative direction and AI Labs, focusing on creative leadership and exploring AI-led ideas and workflows. Aniket Sakpal will lead growth for key accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.

Shivani Khandelwal will oversee tech operations, covering technology projects, delivery and operational scale. Shivangi Kothari will lead the agency’s paid media business, with responsibility for strategy, performance and optimisation.

The leadership expansion also covers design, strategic collaborations, regional operations and search.

Aditya Jadhav will lead tactical design projects, while Yogendra Vishwakaarma will handle strategic collaborations and projects, including high-intensity assignments and key partnerships.

Uma Chavan and Chandra Suthar will jointly oversee keyword and organic brand discovery, focusing on organic growth, search performance, online brand image and discoverability across traditional and AI-led platforms.

Mayank Desai will continue to lead Dubai operations, covering regional delivery, client relationships and business growth as the agency expands internationally.

The expanded team will work alongside AGENCY09’s existing management, comprising founder and CEO Tushar Khakhar, co-founder and head of content Gautam Anand, co-founder and head of technology Bipeen Nadgauda, head of culture Archita Arekar and chief strategy officer Rajesh Patalia.
