Adie Broswon Breweries signs long-term manufacturing pact with United Breweries
Partnership leverages ABB’s 12 million-case brewery to strengthen beer production in North India
NEW DELHI: Adie Broswon Breweries (ABB), part of The Adie Broswon Group, has entered into a long-term manufacturing arrangement with United Breweries Limited (UBL), expanding its role in North India’s beer manufacturing ecosystem.
The partnership will utilise ABB’s 12 million-case brewing facility, one of the largest in the region, to support large-scale production for UBL.
ABB said its brewery, powered by German brewing technology from Ziemann, produced more than 5 million cases in FY2025-26, its highest annual output to date. The facility operates on renewable energy-powered systems and is certified under FSSC 22000 and QMS standards.
The company said the agreement comes as India’s beer industry increasingly relies on contract manufacturing and specialised production partnerships to improve regional capacity, optimise asset utilisation and strengthen supply chains.
ABB said the long-term arrangement with UBL reinforces its position as a manufacturing partner for national beer brands, backed by large-scale brewing capacity, advanced technology and certified quality systems.
The company added that it will continue to invest in manufacturing capabilities to support the evolving requirements of India’s beverage industry.
