360 ONE elevates Bhavika Kotak to head of marketing
Former brand chief takes on expanded marketing leadership after five years at the wealth management firm
MUMBAI: 360 ONE has appointed Bhavika Kotak as its head of marketing, expanding her leadership responsibilities after five years with the wealth management firm.
Kotak announced the move in a LinkedIn post, describing the new role as “another fun and fulfilling chapter” after leading the company’s brand transformation efforts.
She joined 360 ONE in May 2021 as vice president, brand and marketing. During her tenure, she led the rebranding of the company, drove social media growth, strengthened thought leadership initiatives and developed go-to-market strategies for new business verticals. She was elevated to senior vice president and head of brand in 2024 before assuming the role of head of marketing in May 2026.
In her LinkedIn post, Kotak thanked 360 ONE leadership, including Karan Bhagat, Yatin Shah, Anshuman Maheshwary and Ronak R. Sheth, for their trust and support.
“I’m delighted to share that I’ve stepped into the role of Head of Marketing at 360 ONE,” she wrote. “Five years ago, I joined the firm to lead Brand. I had no idea then that I’d have the privilege of helping shape the 360 ONE brand alongside some of the most incredible people.”
Before joining 360 ONE, Kotak held senior marketing and brand leadership roles at Aditya Birla Finance, Aditya Birla Capital, Axis Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Her experience spans brand strategy, product marketing, digital marketing, social media, and go-to-market planning across financial services.
Kotak holds an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Mumbai University.
As head of marketing, Kotak is expected to lead 360 ONE’s integrated marketing strategy, brand building, digital engagement and business growth initiatives as the wealth management firm continues to expand its presence and deepen its connect with clients.
