Thursday, 22 October 2026, has been fixed as the record date for determining eligible shareholders. The dividend will be paid on or before 12 November 2026.

The dividend announcement follows the company’s share buyback, which concluded during the September quarter. The financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board on 15 October 2026. Statutory auditor MSKA & Associates LLP issued a limited review report with an unmodified conclusion.
