Route Mobile, Truecaller partner to expand enterprise messaging
Alliance enables brands to reach over 500 million users with verified rich-media communication
MUMBAI: In a world flooded with pings, trust is fast becoming the message itself. Route Mobile has partnered with Truecaller to expand the reach of its Business Messaging platform, enabling enterprises to deliver verified, interactive and secure customer communication to more than 500 million monthly active users worldwide.
The collaboration brings together Route Mobile’s cloud communications infrastructure with Truecaller’s business messaging capabilities, as companies increasingly look to improve customer engagement while tackling spam, fraud and declining trust in digital communication.
Under the partnership, Route Mobile will provide enterprises access to Truecaller Business Messaging, allowing brands to send verified messages enriched with images, videos and documents. The platform also supports both one-way and two-way conversations, enabling businesses to engage customers through a more interactive messaging experience.
Beyond rich media, the service includes features such as verified business identities, clickable hyperlinks, smart-priority sticky notifications and read receipts, helping brands improve message visibility, authenticity and customer response rates.
The partnership reflects growing demand for trusted business communication channels as enterprises seek alternatives to conventional SMS and email for customer engagement. With verified messaging becoming increasingly important, brands are investing in platforms that reduce impersonation risks while offering more contextual and personalised interactions.
Route Mobile, a Proximus Global company, said the collaboration strengthens its enterprise communications portfolio by combining scalable CPaaS capabilities with Truecaller’s extensive user base.
For Truecaller, the alliance expands the availability of its business messaging platform through Route Mobile’s global enterprise network, allowing more organisations to communicate with customers through authenticated and feature-rich messaging.
As businesses place greater emphasis on secure digital engagement, the partnership signals a broader shift towards trusted communication ecosystems where identity verification, richer content and conversational messaging are becoming central to customer experience strategies.
