Youth-focused festival heads to Delhi on August 29 with more artists to be announced
NEW DELHI: The beat has dropped on realme’s biggest music play yet. realme has announced rapper and singer Dhanda Nyoliwala as the first performer for realme Music Fest 2026, while opening early bird ticket sales starting at Rs 999.
The youth-focused music festival will be held on August 29 at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi and marks realme’s latest push to expand beyond smartphones into music, culture and youth experiences.
Early bird ticket sales begin at 12 pm on July 14 through District, with general admission priced at Rs 999, Fanpit passes at Rs 1,499 and lounge access starting from Rs 3,499. The company said the discounted tickets will be available for a limited period.
Dhanda Nyoliwala, one of India’s fastest-growing independent hip-hop artists, will headline the festival’s first edition. With more than 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify India, the rapper has built a strong following through tracks that blend contemporary hip-hop with themes of ambition, resilience and authenticity.
Known for his energetic live performances and storytelling, Nyoliwala has emerged as a popular name among younger audiences, making him the opening act for what realme plans to develop into a flagship annual music and culture property.
The company said the festival is designed as an immersive platform bringing together music fans, content creators, technology enthusiasts and online communities through live performances and interactive experiences.
realme added that the artist announcement is only the beginning of the festival line-up. More performers, creator collaborations and on-ground experiences will be revealed over the coming weeks as the event approaches.
The initiative reflects the smartphone maker’s broader strategy of positioning itself as a youth lifestyle brand, using music, entertainment and creator-led experiences to deepen engagement with younger consumers beyond its devices.
