MUMBAI: Entertainment Network (India) Limited has hit a sour note in its financial performance. The company, which operates Radio Mirchi, reported a significant swing to a net loss for the full financial year ended 31 March 2026. It posted a net loss of Rs 24.03 crore compared to a net profit of Rs 6.79 crore in the previous year.

Key Highlights (Standalone, Rs in lakh):

Total Revenue from Operations: Rs 53,957.77 lakh (FY25: Rs 52,263.14 lakh)
Total Income: Rs 57,937.83 lakh (FY25: Rs 56,347.48 lakh)
Profit Before Tax: Loss of Rs 2,967.30 lakh (FY25: Profit of Rs 1,859.67 lakh)

Earnings Per Share (Basic & Diluted): Rs (5.04) for the year
The company witnessed pressure on profitability despite marginal revenue growth, primarily due to higher operating expenses, particularly in production and employee costs.

On a positive note, the company maintained a strong balance sheet with Total Equity of Rs 75,634.60 lakh and healthy cash reserves.

This marks a challenging year for the radio broadcaster as the industry continues to navigate evolving media consumption habits and competition from digital platforms. The results were approved by the Board on 15 May 2026.
