Kriti Bhargava joins District as senior manager – business strategy
Former Fever executive brings events and growth strategy experience to new leadership role
Mumbai: One chapter closes, another takes centre stage. Kriti Bhargava has joined District as senior manager, business strategy, bringing more than 16 years of experience spanning live events, growth strategy and marketing.
Bhargava announced the move in a LinkedIn post, describing the opportunity as a chance to help shape experiences that bring global events to India while showcasing Indian experiences to the world.
She joins District after a little over two years at Fever, where she most recently served as senior project manager for Candlelight across India, Indonesia and Thailand. Before that, she led Candlelight India, overseeing one of the platform’s flagship live entertainment experiences.
Earlier, Bhargava worked as entrepreneur in residence at Vara, where she helped establish the company’s doctor referral network in India, led cross-functional growth initiatives and worked on brand-building partnerships.
She also completed the Binance Accelerator Programme in central growth marketing, managing lifecycle campaigns across 30 markets in 13 languages while streamlining marketing operations for faster project execution.
Prior to that, Bhargava worked as an independent marketing consultant, advising companies including Anheuser-Busch InBev, WedMeGood and Kool Kanya on festival marketing, growth strategy, international expansion and brand partnerships.
An ESADE MBA graduate, Bhargava said the new role marks a full-circle moment, reflecting on a career that began 16 years ago in the events industry and has since evolved across strategy, operations and business growth.
Her appointment comes as District continues to strengthen its business strategy team, adding leadership talent with experience across live entertainment, consumer growth and large-scale experiential platforms.
