Heineken 0.0 brings F1 fans together across three Indian cities

MUMBAI: The race may last a couple of hours, but the friendships it sparks could go much further. Heineken 0.0 is putting that idea into pole position with its Ultimate Race Fans Mixers, bringing Formula 1 enthusiasts together across Mumbai, Gurgaon and Kolkata on September 26.

The initiative is built around a simple premise: a shared love for F1 can turn strangers into friends. Rather than leaving fans glued to their screens for the Qatar Airways Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2026, Heineken 0.0 is creating spaces where they can watch the action, compete, chat and cheer alongside fellow followers of the sport.

The three mixers will be held simultaneously on Saturday, September 26, at Ajmera IndiKarting in Mumbai, Five Mad Men in Kolkata and Underdoggs Arena, Gurugram. Each venue is expected to host approximately 250 F1 fans, giving the initiative a combined expected audience of around 750 enthusiasts across the three cities.

The Mumbai edition will also see actor Arjun Kapoor join fans for the race-day experience.

The format is designed to keep the action moving even when the cars are not on track. Alongside live race screenings, attendees will take part in interactive games, prediction challenges, fan activities and social mixer formats, with the emphasis on meeting people who share the same F1 obsession.

Vikram Bahl, chief marketing officer, United Breweries Limited, said Formula 1 can bring together people who may never have met otherwise but share a passion for the sport. He added that the Ultimate Race Fans Mixers are intended to take that connection beyond the screen and create opportunities for fans to interact around race-day excitement.

For Heineken 0.0, the initiative extends its association with F1 into a more social setting, positioning the race weekend as an opportunity for community-building rather than simply another viewing appointment.

And the chequered flag is not the end of the road for the idea. The Ultimate Race Fans Mixers will culminate in a grand finale in Bengaluru on October 18, 2026. The finale is planned as Heineken 0.0’s fan experience of the season and will feature a special in-person appearance by a globally renowned Formula 1 driver.

Further details about the Bengaluru venue and finale will be announced closer to the event. For now, Heineken 0.0 is betting that when hundreds of F1 fans share the same room, the real race may be to see who makes a new friend first.
