ZEEL has informed the court that the merger has been approved by 99.97 per cent shareholders.
Reports say that the bench reserved the order after hearing all the arguments.
He has also said that he hopes the merger formalities will be completed by September.
The statement was issued after a report said that Sony wont pull out of the merger with Zee.
Sony will stick to the merger's commitment without any alterations.
