MUMBAI: Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited has appointed Arundhati Das as content onboarding consultant – talent management and social media, marking a new step in her early career in the media and entertainment industry.

In her new role, Das will focus on content onboarding processes linked to talent management and social media operations, supporting Zee’s broader digital and content ecosystem. The position is part of the company’s continued effort to streamline content workflows and strengthen engagement across digital platforms.

Her professional journey reflects a steady progression across internships in marketing, data analysis and digital operations. Prior to joining Zee full-time, she worked in roles across organisations including Tata Consultancy Services, Red Bull, Courtyard by Marriott and Cook N Klean, gaining exposure to data, marketing and on-ground brand operations.

She also pursued a master of business administration from The Assam Royal Global University and holds a bachelor of computer application degree from St. Edmund’s College, Shillong, where she was actively involved in campus leadership and creative initiatives.
