DELHI: When it comes to hiring the right creative spark, Arte Mediatech seems to have landed a clear win. The agency has secured the comprehensive creative and digital mandate for Vahan.ai, an AI-driven platform focused on transforming how India’s blue-collar workforce is hired and managed.

Under the new mandate, Arte Mediatech will oversee Vahan.ai’s overall creative strategy and digital communication. This includes content planning, integrated campaigns, and end-to-end digital marketing across platforms, aimed at strengthening the brand’s presence as it scales its AI-led recruitment solutions across sectors.

The partnership comes at a time when Vahan.ai is looking to deepen its impact in India’s labour market by using machine learning tools to streamline hiring processes, reduce dependency on intermediaries, and improve workforce efficiency. The platform claims to help reduce turnaround times for onboarding by more than 20 percent, particularly during peak hiring seasons.

Speaking on the collaboration, Arte Mediatech co-founder Rohit Sakunia said, “Vahan is building a category that is both large and deeply relevant to India’s workforce. Our focus will be on simplifying this story and bringing out the impact of its platform through consistent and insight-led creative and digital interventions. We look forward to working closely with the Vahan team to scale this narrative across audiences.”

Adding to this, Vahan.ai head of growth and partnerships Saurabh Dubey said, “As we continue to scale our platform and expand our reach, building a stronger and more consistent brand narrative becomes important. Arte Mediatech’s understanding of digital ecosystems and content-led storytelling aligns with what we are looking to achieve in this phase of growth.”

The collaboration is expected to sharpen Vahan.ai’s positioning in India’s rapidly evolving labour market, with a stronger emphasis on storytelling, targeted digital engagement, and clearer communication of its AI-driven value proposition.
